Questions and answers
Do I need an account?
No. Each exchange gets a private page; keep its link — it is your only access to the order.
How long does an exchange take?
Usually 5–30 minutes after you send the deposit: we wait for network confirmations, exchange and send the payout. Fixed-rate exchanges are confirmed by an operator and can take longer.
What is the difference between a floating and a fixed rate?
Floating: the exchange runs at the market price when your deposit arrives; the payout can be slightly lower than the quote, within the limit shown. Fixed: the amount you see is the amount you get.
What if I send a different amount?
A small shortfall is exchanged proportionally. An overpayment, a payment after the order expired or a payment from another wallet is held and refunded to the wallet you paid from — contact support with your order number.
Which network should I use?
Only the network shown on the order page (for example Ethereum · ERC-20). Funds sent on another network cannot be credited.
Why can an exchange be held for review?
We check every address against sanctions lists and hold payments that do not match the order. A held exchange is either completed or refunded after the check.
